Q. How do I get started?
A. To experience the benefits of the E-Seller Tools program simply Register Now using the tab at the top of the page. You will be taken to our registration page which will request information from you. Once you have completed the form a confirmation email will be sent to you with your username and password. This information is required when logging in on the E-Seller Tools homepage. It is important to remember when logging in that your Username is the email address you entered during registation.
Q. What is my Username?
A. When logging into the E-Seller Tools program your username is the email address you entered during registration.
Q. How do I find out details about an eBay sellers transactions?
A. Once you have logged in, click on eBay sellers choose Add Seller. You will now need to go to eBay.co.uk find the seller whose transactions you would like to research. Then write the name in the Add Seller section exactly as it is shown on eBay (You could copy and paste the name to be quicker) and click on Add Seller. You will then be presented with a list of the last 200 transactions made by the seller.
Q. How do I add more than one seller?
A. Simply go the eBay sellers tab and click on add seller, and complete the same process as above. If you then select view items by seller in the eBay Sellers tab you can swap and change between the various sellers transactions you view.
Q. How can I find the top 10 selling products?
A. Once you have entered a seller go to the Overview tab and select Top 10 Products you will be presented with the top 10 selling products the seller has made within the past month. If you have entered more then one seller into the system the top 10 selling products will incorporate all the sellers.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept payment via PayPal only.
Q. How do I pay for the E-Seller Tools service?
A. When you log in to your E-Seller account for the first time you will be presented with an invoice for your first months subscription. Once you have paid this invoice, via PayPal, you can then proceed to use the full features of the E-Seller Tools program. All subsequent invoices will be sent to you via email on a monthly basis, if you no longer wish to continue with the service, email our support line and we will cancel any future services.
Q. Does the price include VAT?
A. Yes the price for the E-Seller Tools service is fully inclusive of VAT.
